Where is the store?

You have arrived! The Ahava Always Collection is an online store based out of Tennessee. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you find an error on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately! Please note once your order has been placed, we are sometimes limited on the changes we can make.

Do you work with influencers? 

Thank you for your interest in working with Ahava Always! For all collaboration inquiries, please fill in your personal contact information here with "influencer" in the body of your message. We will review your submission and get in touch with all qualified applicants. Thanks!

Return Policy

What is your return policy? 

If you receive your order and you notice it is misprinted/damaged/defective, please Contact Us so we can help you! If our returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, an online gift card code or refund can be issued to the original form of payment. If our returns department receives the merchandise within 15-30 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. 

We do not offer exchanges, including size exchanges. Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. 

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.


How much is shipping?

We offer standard, flat rate shipping for $4.99 to all areas in the United States. Orders of $75 and up receive free shipping. At this time, we do not ship internationally.  

Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying shipping?

At this time, we are unable to offer local pickup. We apologize for the inconvenience, please know that if we were able to offer this option we would!

What happens if my package is returned?

We will contact you via email as soon as your package is returned to our warehouse. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.

What is processing time?

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for our staff to make the items and does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our facility. Processing time averages between 2-7 days. Shipping your items to you typically takes 3-7 days, so you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 5-14 days.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. By Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to: - Communicate with you. - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use The Ahava Always Collection. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of targeted advertising.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
